Moriah Hill Resort Hotel
Set right on the shore of Lake Kivu, close to Kibuye town, this is a relatively new 4-starr, small boutique-style hotel.
The Moriah Hill Resort Hotel has only eighteen rooms, two of which are apartments and all are en suite. There is a restaurant and bar here, where you can enjoy all of your meals and take in the sweeping views of this vast lake. There is a conference room and an artificial beach.
The hotel also has a small man-made beach, with mooring facilities, and guests can enjoy boat trips to Rubavu (the small town further north up the coast of the lake), Napoleon's Hat Island or simply a tour on the water (at an extra cost).
